Seamless Surface: Dual-density, #poured-in-place system with wearing course over cushion course. Provide manufacturer's standard thickness for each layer as required for overall. thickness indicated, tested for impact attenuation according to ASTM F 1292
POURED-IN-PLACE CUSHION COURSE
Material: Blend 100% recycled styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and polyurethane binder.
Required mix proportions shall be 14% Urethane binder and 86% SBR.
POURED-IN-PLACE COURSE LAYER SURFACE
Material: Blend of Recycled EPDM (Ethylene propylene Diene Monomer) pigmented rubber granules and binder or polyurethane binder.
Required mix proportions shall be 18% Urethane binder and 82% EPDM Rubber.
